Your review has the wrong service and product sold. We had 2 beautiful doors put in. As far as we see at this point a few hours in, Jeffree did a stellar job. He seemed knowledgeable and professional. I liked very much, that before he arrived we were show his photograph and given a short bio. It made our meeting seem more familiar Both employees we dealt with in person made me feel instantly at ease. The gentleman who took our order was very pleasant, personable knowledgeable and were without fault. I applaud you on your staff. The people answering your phones were pleasant and professional. Darrington Wa has a population of just over 1000. I guarantee that we have the nicest doors in the entire town. Before we made a decision I drove every street more than once. I’m expecting lookylos anytime. Hopefully in time it maybbring you more business.

Very pleased. He gave me 4 different quotes with I liked even though I took the top one. Ron was professional and worked consistently and thoroughly. He was short one part due to an unexpected break but made an effort to find a replacement without having to wait for 2 weeks for a new one. During the wait , I would not have been able to use the automatic opener. Fortunately he was able to locate one. Appreciated his effort.
