I had been expecting a phone call, so hadn't been checking emails. I told my son,
There'll be a truck arriving in about 8 minutes, with a man bringing a garage door opener.
I don't know anything else, except he has a very large voice." Then I heard that voice
again, and the man that came with it matched the voice!
The door was working, so I hadn't planned on a service call. DJ showed me that it had
been needing maintenance all along and got right to work, cleaning, oiling all the hinges, giving me a tutorial as he worked. The door was installed 40 years ago, but I never knew I could open it when the power was off.
DJ apparently enjoys his work. It was a pleasure meeting him.
