My 2 car garage door failed, it only opened like a feet off from the ground. After checking and studying online, I found out 1 of the 2 springs broke into 2 pieces. Robert responded to the call and not only replaced the broken spring, but also the other spring too. Which I agree, it's only a matter of time the other would have broken. He then proceeded to lubricate chain paths, every bolts that turns, door paths. What a through job!

Robert assessed the problems with the door. He LISTENED to my needs with the door and the use of the structure that it was on. He went over them in detail with me, and we came up with a plan that worked for my situation. He was courteous and very professional. I have other properties that have garage door issues at times and will definitely call for Robert to take a look at them when the need arises.
