The led lights on one side of my garage door opener has dimmed significantly, and I called to see what could be done to fix that. Ben Bahr called me back soon after, arranged a time that he could come over to fix the problem (and even looked for a sooner time to come by when he was in my area on another call). He fixed the problem in just a few minutes, checked to see if the issue was still under warranty (it was!) and gave me some info on other upgrades that I could take advantage of if I wanted !
Great service from Ben! Quick contact, good at checking back to find the first opportunity to fix my problem, speedy repair. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with Ben’s customer service !

Nicholas came over and had our garage fixed in no time! He was great, excellent customer service and knew exactly what we needed. We had an old Wayne Dalton system that needed a full replacement due to the manufacture being out of business. This was no problem, Nicholas had everything we needed, and got our garage fixed within two hours or less. Spend a little more money for service you can trust, and high quality parts!

Jake Bawden, the door designer, is amazing. I accidentally hit the garage door when backing out. It curved the last section of the door and it couldn’t seal at the bottom. Instead of selling me a new door, which may cost thousands of dollars, Jake fixed the last section in minutes. Can’t recommend this company highly enough!

Always used Precision Door Company for my needs. Garage door spring broke – called on Sunday and got an appt for Monday. Tech Alexander Seyss did a great job in repairing the garage door opener at my home. I originally thought it was just light bulbs that needed replacing but when a handyman came out and replaced, it ended up not working at all. I called Precision who had fixed a door on an outbuilding previously. As it turned out, the motor was bad and needed to be replaced, so got the motor, lights, remote in the car and button at the entry, all updated. Alexander was knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and explained everything. It all works perfectly now and no timer on the light, so I don't have to rush to get inside. All updated.
