Mr. Felix arrived on time, explained what was wrong with our garage door, contacted our 2-10 Warranty Company, let us know the warranty company would cover the replacement equipment and scheduled an appointment with us early next week to install it. He was finished by 11:30 and on his way. Wonderful!!

Great service! The crew came out on the day I called and replaced the burned-out garage door opener quickly. Very happy with the quality and workmanship. However, it was pretty expensive and I recall being told that the $79 minimum service charge would be deducted if any work was to be done (which it wasn't). Please be more clear when scheduling appointments. Thank you

The tech. was late without any advance notice. The tech. was not prepared to deal with the discovery of a failing exterior keypad controller. The service we requested was a complete service in preparation of the sale of the home (as required by home inspector). The garage door is operating but I was left with a DIY finish up. The documentation of service appears insufficient to satisfy the sales contingency. If the sale collapses as a result, who do I hold responsible? I am old enough to remember when customers were listened to and respected. An over-booked service tech. at the end of shift - with limited information about the service call - is placed in a compromised spot. Your system requires a thorough review. Thank you.
