Precision came out quickly and in a very timely manner, they were professional and clean and had really quick turnaround. The opener they installed is amazing and super quiet, and it only took them about 1.5 hours to do the replacement of the opener.

He was very helpful. Replaced the spring and looked at any bearings problem (none) and noted the door was out of balance and moved the track supports for the door opener to better balance but noted door frame was separating from garage. I called insurance and they sent out an inspector to check my foundation. The ground was just minor settling and not an issue. However I really appreciate Austin pointing out this problem. When I do replace my door opener I will be reframing the door to fix the balance. I will be using your service for this as I found it very comforting to have someone come and really look at the issue, not just fix it and leave for the next job.

He was so knowledgeable, courteous and professional and gave us helpful tips to keep our garage door in top working order! We can’t say enough positive things about DJ’!
