July 9, 2021 Your company installed new garage door, garage door opener, remote/key pad. Later that afternoon when using the garage door, I notice that was a high pitched sound coming from garage door opener. I immediately called Precision of Seattle to report the problem.
That when the nightmare started: Long wait time (15 min) before customer service answered the phone.
Transferred 3 times before someone who kind of knew what I was talking about answered and she didn't even know who could help me, no supervisor or technical support available.
Finally, she was going to have the Tech: Mark contact me, that never happened.
To date (2 weeks) I have not heard from anyone from your company.
Horrible untrained customer service.
I wonder what happens if you have problems or need repairs later.
I'm not happy with your service and I would not use you again or recommend your company.

Pleasant even after our disagreement re: tracks/railings which he did replaced.
He had some problems installing garage door opener which seem to slow him down.
He never contacted me regarding my concern.
