Due to an unfortunate incident this morning, we needed an immediate fix for our garage door. A tech was able to come out within a few hours, arrived earlier than expected and was able to provide a temporary fix for our garage door until a replacement can be ordered. The tech was respectful, polite and efficient. He outlined my options clearly without a pressured sales pitch.
