Service from technician was fine and friendly. It was a stupid little thing - alignment of the seeing eyes.
Why 3 stars? Because the coupon says the service call is a $79.95 charge. The lady who made the appointment said it was $89.95.
However, it turned out to be $116 - because there is a $17 fuel surcharge (lady could have told me) and tax. For a 2 minute fix. Ugh. Houses are a money pit for clueless people like me. However, I would have liked honesty from the company as I would have looked at other options if I knew is was 89.95+17.

Antonio was very nice, but I am unhappy the door does not go up to its full height. I signed off on it with the caveat that precision would replace it if I got a bigger vehicle, but now I feel disappointed it was handled that way. A correct length track should have been put in, and I should not have benn talked into accepting what I did not want.

Called in our garage or opener problems this morning and we were scheduled the same day for a service. Carl was on time and very pleasant to work with. The situation had mechanical problems that that couldn’t be fixed, so a new opener was installed, and all is well. Prior opener was still covered under warranty. Would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone needing similar needs. Absolutely the best. 👍

I was disappointed that I was charged for the service because the garage door was not installed correctly. The bottom plastic sealer on the bottom of the door would not seal all the way and rodents could get in. I was under the impression that the plastic piece would "right itself" so I gave it more time than I should have to form the seal. Anyway, it wasn't the point I had to spend a $100 for the 10 minute service, but rather the principle that it was never done correctly so I figured it would've been under warranty. The technician was very nice and respectful. Just bummed that it wasn't included. THE TECHNICIAN HAD NOTHING TO DO W/ MY RATING.
