The gentlemen (the service technician and his trainee) arrived on time, were professional, and appear to have done good work. I cannot give 5 stars due to the pricing. I had a broken spring which needed to be replaced along with some other complimentary parts. The 4 parts - a spring, a bracket, a flanged ball bearing, and an end plate - came to nearly $600. Adding Lube to both doors added $80 (there may have been some tuning done but they were in and out pretty quickly so whatever they did was basic). Plus the $90 trip charge and the additional fuel up-charge (which used to be part of the trip charge but is now additional) and the whole job came to over $850 after tax. Seems like alot for what was not a catastrophic issue. Maybe everyone is overcharging for these parts but I will be getting other estimates in the future.
