Chris was unable to fix the door on his first visit. On the second visit the next day, he did well. I love the quietness of my new door. Chris presented his estimate, worked for a while, and then told me he found another problem with the door, which required a second estimate, so my cost doubled from around $400 to $870. That was a little unsettling, and it made me wonder about scam, but I approved the second estimate which resulted in my getting a new motor, so I am satisfied. The total time he was at my house was 4 hours. I suspect that this was probably necessary, and I do like the result.
