Robert was great! Very genuine and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the work he would be doing and explained it in terms my 90 year grandma and I could understand. He went the extra mile and greased up the cable track and checked the ball bearings. He also showed my grandma how to disengage the opener so the door could be opened manually. Very sweet of him! She had been wondering how to do that. We were impressed with the work done and grateful to Robert and Precision for replacing our springs and getting our garage door working again!
