I have a broken spring and made an appointment for a technician to come out and fix it. When the tech arrived, he stated that he did not have the correct spring. They set me up another appointment to have the correct springs brought out. When that appointment date came and a different tech showed up, again he stated that he did not have the correct springs to fix my door. This tech stated he could temporarily fix the springs until the correct springs could be ordered. It has now been three weeks and my garage door springs are still not fixed and I have still not been notified about the ordering, shipping or appointment to have my springs fixed. I have received an email three days ago for the "repair" job done to my springs and they want $399 for two repair parts....... The invoice has line items on there for disposal of items, nothing was removed from the door system to be disposed of. I am not satisfied with the service, communication and professionalism Precision Door has provided.
