All went well I believe. Mike the Technician was here on time, was organized and confident. He was personable and did his work well and on time. I am happy with the result. Only thing I'm unhappy about is that I did not see a clear estimate before the work started. He did throw out some $ #'s first, but not tallied up or anything, until later, so the final invoice was a a sticker shock, but I realize this was necessary work and am not disputing it.

This company is great! I called just yesterday to try to schedule my garage door to be fixed and unlike a prior company, they were able to get me in right away and were so gracious about it too. I forget the kind lady’s name who graciously took care of me to look things up and get things scheduled. Kyle their technician was amazing! He called to ask if he could come earlier than scheduled which was perfect for me. On arrival, he explained things clearly and concisely, gave me the quote and got right to it. He was done in less than an hour. He also fixed a broken wood panel on my garage door that wasn’t part of what he was here to do and is just a kind, swell person! Both Kyle and the company as a whole are highly recommended - will make them my go-to garage folks!!👌🏽👍🏼

Awesome service and great technician, Tim!! So personable and so efficient! He removed our old door and installed our brand new, beautiful door in less than 2 hours. We highly recommend this company!! Actually we've used them for many years in servicing our old door. No second thoughts when it came time to purchase the new door from them. Matt the Technician diagnosed an issue with our safety sensors that kept the door from closing. He showed us a temporary solution to secure the garage and ordered the failing parts. He installed those parts today, found a broken wire, and mounted the sensors more securely. Matt did an excellent job. We are very pleased with Matt and the service we received. Eric
