First, Jeff is a great guy and seems to know his stuff. He remained quite calm when I became upset that he was not here to fix the door, but to assess. It was mis-represented to me that we would be paying $150 for an assessment. Not only that, but he could not give me a quote, even an idea of cost for a fix, and it seems pivots are not really even an option, and both doors now need geared hinges. I feel like we are being taken for a ride.
