On Thursday 10/10/24 Duchaum Joseph repaired our garage door opener and installed a new motor. The spring was broken and needed to be replaced. DJ did an excellent job in a professional manner. He explained maintenance procedures, supplies needed and how to make the opener work on our phones. I am very pleased with the results and the quality of the work.
I would also like to give a shout out to your estimator Chris Thoennes. Chris used our paperwork to confirm that the broken spring was still under warranty saving us a large expense.
I am pleased by the quick response and the professionalism shown by the Precision Door team (including the receptionist who took our initial call).

Getting set up was a breeze. My technician Henry was polite, professional and easy to work with. Was given different options to chose from, no strong arms sales tactics. Chose PDS-270 openers. Our openers were anywhere from 10-20 years old when we bought the house this summer. Time to upgrade to the 21st century! Remote, keypad and app access with lifetime warranty. Installation was smooth and couldn’t be happier with the purchase.
