Called them out to repair or replace a broken opener. They were booked so it was 4 days before they could make it out. The tech gave us an option to repair or replace which as you can imagine is a major price difference. He couldn’t guarantee the repair but insisted he was confident it would work out fine. 650 bucks for the repair. 4 days later it broke ! Then the company wouldn’t be able to come out for 4 more days ! Over the phone the scheduling person had us booked in for the next morning but then said “oh wait someone booked a door installation so it will be later in the week”. Completely unacceptable. I understand being busy but emergent repairs should take priority over new installs.
The tech was misleading and essentially cost us 650 dollars and a waste of a week. Wouldn’t recommend.

They were prompt and professional. I made sure to get one of Robert Matthews cards so that I can recommend to anyone else that needs work done on their garage door. I thought our door was going to have to be replaced completely. He was able to fix in about an hour, much cheaper than I was expecting.

Received a same day appointment, tech called saying he was on his way but then never showed. Disappointed, I planned to call another company the next day.
The following morning we received a call explaining and apologizing, the tech had been in an accident on the way to our home (thankfully he's okay, we were told). Received another same day appointment and the tech showed just two hours later.
We had requested a tune-up of our garage door and in less than half an hour the tech had it operating so much quieter and smoother.
