We decided to seek a bit of maintenance for our garage door opener because we heard a bit of "squealing" when opening and closing the door. We are so glad that we did! Nicholas, our tech, explained each detail and not only replaced some parts that were missing in action but replaced all the rollers with a much more stable unit than was previously installed by another company. We also didn't realize that the garage door itself needed some tender loving care with tightening screws. Nicholas was on time, knowledgeable, efficient and wonderfully amiable (and funny!). No concern about an oversell... and the results speak for themselves! But they don't speak loudly: the door is soooo much quieter and smoother in its mechanisms. The squeal is gone! Expert service and we are grateful for it!
