IF I could give negative stars I would. I paid for more than half of the amount on March 15th (over $400)...heard NOTHING for four months. Then I get a bill in email late AUGUST asking me to pay the remainder of the balance. AND a survey, asking about my experience, giving the impression that this is all completed. Then I call the call center three times in the past two weeks, no call back, no progress updates, no apologies....NOTHING! Seriously, what in HELLS is goings on here? So on a scale of 1-5, you are getting a negative 2 (so far)...there is room to go down I guess. Like if you came to install the panel and ended up accidentally burning my house down. That actually wouldn't be all that shocking at this point. WHAT IS GOING ON!!!???? I've already talked to people there THREE times about this whole thing, and your form is saying that someone from your office will be contacting me? Really?
