The tech was very nice and pleasant and professional! My complaint is with the pricing. The repair was a simple replacement of a backup battery, only a $24 part, but they charged $189 for the part plus labor. The labor consisted of going up a ladder to unplug the old battery and to plug in the new one. It took less than five minutes. Had they told me that when I called to ask for pricing and to schedule, I would not have had the tech come out. Had I turned him away when he gave me the price for this “service,” I would still have been charged $59.95 for his coming out to give me the price. This is not good business practice. I gave two stars rather than one only because the tech was so nice and apologetic.

It's hard to judge I was unable to make it home in time due a detour from an accident. I called Mike he never responded to my calls. Then I had to leave at four. We can try this again next week sometime. Keep in mind I'm coming from Redmond can't be home until 3:15. I did leave work at one on Friday didn't get home until 2:30.
