Not really very pleased. Called to have you folks replace the rubber gasket/seal at the bottom of my garage door because of a couple of small gaps that had started, letting in water in a heavy rain. When your tech Duchaum came out, I paid the $50+ for the service call, and was encouraged to prepay the $240+ to replace the rubber seal, being told he had no rubber seal in his truck and would need to wait a week for another trip. I prepaid. When he arrived, the seal he installed is thinner and skinnier than the original, and wasn't well fastened to the door. I now have gaps between the door and the seal, as well as much larger gaps between the door and the garage floor, which will now let a LOT of water through. I'm not pleased at all. I have pics showing the gaps but no way to attach them to this message. I will be happy to share them. I'm now faced with getting someone else out here to correct this work and repair my original problem. Mike Jarnagin, Spanaway WA. (253)686-1941
