We called Overhead first because we thought the issue was in the motor. The Overhead man made the motor adjustment but said that the door itself was not installed properly and as a result was off track, more than an inch to the left with over an inch opening on the right side. The door was closing roughly and vibrating as it closed. So I called Precision who had installed the door almost two years ago. The door was under warranty so the repairman spent time adjusting it. It works fine now, however, I should have asked for a list of the adjustments that were made. I wasn't given any paperwork I presume because the door was under warranty. When I first contacted Precision the woman I spoke with said she was not able to tell me if the door was under warranty. That would be up to the repairman. That seems strange to me. I would think that the office would have that information. We have it in our own files here at home but I had not looked it up. I will do that now to see how much longer the door is under warranty. The repairman also tuned up the door and was prompt and courteous.

Nick our Installer was so courteous and efficient, and he truly cared about making sure we were absolutely satisfied after a warehouse processing error necessitated him to have to back and change out our window panel style and also install the rubber seal at the bottom of the garage door. He’s a true gentleman and we really appreciate his great customer service! Our new garage door is beautiful and our new belt drive is amazingly quiet!

Excellent service! Bryson was extremely thorough and after inspection identified faulty rollers on the garage door in addition to the faulty garage door opener motor. Ronnie arrived 1/18/20, noted that "green" 120 pound springs sold to me on September 30, 2015 were shot. We weighed the door and found that it was close to 130 pounds. Ronnie replaced the 120 pound springs with 130 pound "yellow" springs. It is clear that Ben put the wrong weighted springs on my garage door 9/30/15 when we bought the complete system,and I do expect Precision Door Service to credit me back the amount for the replacement springs due to this error on their part. Ronnie for his part was totally professional and first rate. Should Precision Door not make this right, I will not do business them again and would not recommend them.
