Well let's see.... the service provided was a remove and replace garage door. Not a door spring repair.
Had to reschedule due to installer not being informed about the extra trim work needed at the previous job resulting in his late arrival after 4:00pm.
This time he was here before 10:00am as requested but when I called for an arrival status the work order showed I was given an arrival window of 8:00 to 1:00 and the installer was unaware that I had a full double door that he needed to remove (by himself, although I gave him a hand getting it on his truck)
The installer was Top Notch!! Great work! The support....not so much. Thanks though. Great door!

I called to have a broken spring replaced and was greeted by a sales pitch to basically rebuild my entire garage door. once we came to an agreement of what was worth doing he completed the work quickly and professionally. I was most disappointed though that he would not sell me a $20 part to repair my opener that was damaged when the spring broke. He would only sell it to me if I allowed him to install it for $125.00. This was a job that I could complete myself in approx. 5 minutes. This fact alone would probably keep me from calling Precision in the future when I need service in any of my 7 garage doors.

Bryson was very nice and explained all the repairs on the first garage door. He also replaced the rollers on the 2 doors. The 2nd garage door opener was replaced with a new Precision Opener.
