Austin called to let us know when he would arrive, and pulled in when he said he would. After taking him up to the garage, he took the time he needed to evaluate the condition of the door and it's components and gave us his recommendations, the options, and the costs. We were pleased with his recommendation to replace the items that would ensure the longest potential operating use of the door.
