I received service within a couple of hours of my phone request! DJ was on time, efficient and effective. He performed the maintenance we needed, coached me on maintenance steps we should be taking and showed me how to change batteries in my keypad (I had forgotten how). Ron Greenman was very professional, patient and knew what he was doing! He was able to explain why our original garage door opener wasn't working properly and it was due to the wrong size of spring, which added stress to the motor.
