If I could do a 10 star review, I would! Matt showed up exactly on time wearing his mask. Very pleasant and professional. Installed new door and all hardware in a timely manner. He did not leave a single piece of excess trash or hardware at my house. Adjusted door perfectly after install. Cleaned and lubed door and hinges. Matt is a Stellar installer. I highly recommend Precision.

Waste of 60 bucks really disappointed in the service. Another company came out ordered the parts and replaced the broken bar with the broken spring for less then $300. I I have to pay your company $60 for a “I can’t help besides charge you $800 to $1200 for a whole new system”. You probably do a great job else where just didn’t do it for me.

Well first off, Sean McCoy, the tech who was repairing the door, showed up when they said he would, he even called a few before getting there, was very professional, the bad part is my door is an old wood door that is warped, Sean gave me a quote to replace the door, also was surprised of the price, I'm think very hard about taking that offer, and getting the door replaced, GREAT WORK
