Jake, the Precision Garage Doors technician, arrived on time and was very professional in providing the information we needed and the estimates. He didn’t try to pressure or upsell us in any way and showed genuine interest in giving us the right deal.
As an extra bonus, Jake also took the time to fully close the broken garage door. When it broke, the door got stuck in a half-open state and it was a relief to see it closed, both for safety and to avoid the curious stares of the passersby.

Excellent service! Professional technician with 30 years experience! Our garage doors were not going up and down smoothly. Mike R was our technician who was very professional and able to easily diagnose our issue. As an experienced tech, he fixed our doors and they work better than originally installed. Very pleasant gentleman and explained everything he was doing. I'm definately requesting Mike next year when we have our annual maintenance done.
