Very poor service. The technician arrived at our home and immediately started fixing the problem. It was the door cable that got misaligned. He immediately fixed it and told us $200 for that. He didn't say anything else at that point. We told him what we discussed on the phone with Precision during the scheduled appointment. The lady told us that the $89 service charge and new spring cost between $149 to $199. So we told him if he replace the spring then he need to take care of alignment as part of the replacement. He said yes and we decided to replace it. He changed the spring and then tested the door opening manually. He then said we need to change the roller which will cost $300.He said if we don't change the rollers then the door will not open properly. When we ask for a guarantee of door opening if we change the roller then he said that there is no guarantee since it's possible to happen again even after changing the roller. We decided not to change the roller since it big amount. At this point he kind of started acting weird. He suddenly said then we are done here you need to pay for spring replacement. When we said don't you connect it to the garage door opener and test it. He replied no he can not recommend connecting the door to the opener since it was not safe. When we asked then why he changed the spring, he said he did because we asked. He was very frustrated at this time like we didn't buy the additional service that he was asking for.
He continue throwing his frustrating behavior at us until he left. It was a very bad experience with this company. We are glad that we have decided to change the rollers. He most likely do the same even we did because he was also saying that we need to change other parts too. All in all, he wasn't saying any guarantee for service and just wanted more money.
We recommend not to hire this company at all but if you hire this company then make sure they don't begin any work before the discussion
