Chris (from the woodinville office) replaced my dad's garage door, across the street from me today. Chris is obviously a pro. He worked very carefully around my dads (under repair) classic car in the garage. Very knowledgeable, very professional, and very relatable. A fellow construction worker myself, I know it's not fun having customers watch you throughout the entire job, but Chris was a great sport and really did a fantastic job of working and answering all of our questions at the same time. Can't recommend Chris from Precision enough!

Robert Mathews is one of the most knowledgeable, skilled, pays attention to detail trades people I have had the pleasure to meet and with whom to talk. My garage door is actually falling apart. It is the original installed in 1991 when I had my home built. Robert took the initiative to secure all the bolts and screws and actually replaced one that that had fallen out and also installed the nut that fell off the screw that attaches the opener to the track. After seeing all the deterioration of the garage door, Robert, determined that it was in dire need of replacement. My American Home Services company refused to allow the replacement even though they told me on the phone that replacement would be determined by the technician. Robert advised them of his findings and the need to replace the door. The American Home Services people refused his findings. I rate AHS as a minus 10. I rate Robert at the highest level and appreciate his honesty and integrity. Your company should be giving him a big bonus or monthly raise. And, may I suggest you stop doing business with American Home Services due to them not standing behind their word to their customers. Joyce K. Evans

Great technician! Explained how the builder did a non standard door on the third garage and how he would have to basically rebuild all the railing and how much that would cost. Decided not to get a garage door opener because of the cost. I have used Precision Door numerous times before for their great customer service and helpful advise.

Hello - Well you were recommended to me for Dock plate work and that is what I shared with the person that took my initial call so I was very surprised when the tech visiting today said that you don't really work on docks much anymore and was not interested in bidding the work. I did not call about a broken spring as noted above. If the person taking the call would have let me know that you guys were moving away from dock work I would not have asked you to come out.

Robert was very professional and knowledgeable. He attempted to troubleshoot on the phone, and even video called to see if I could resolve the issue. Unfortunately I was unable to fix the problem. When he arrived, he was able to reset the keypad and program a new pin code (like super fast, not sure what I was doing wrong). THANK YOU ROBERT!!
