We had an issue with the garage door and mechanism not working. JP quickly determined the issue was with an over-tightened main spring. He quickly adjusted the spring tension; re-set the opener program, reconnected the door to the track/belt and confirmed the problem had been solved. The garage door is now working far better than it had prior to the problem arising, which confirms the underlying issue was the main spring over-tightened during our previous door service. We are so very happy with Precision Garage and our tech Justin. It was very easy to get an appointment quickly. Justin called and let me know he was going to be a few minutes early. 2 doors and openers installed. They had great response for the estimate, and have good quality products. There was a little mix up on the install date but made the extra effort to correct it when pointed out.
The installation went smooth and the technician was professional and quick and was done earlier than expected.
