We had an issue with the garage door and mechanism not working. JP quickly determined the issue was with an over-tightened main spring. He quickly adjusted the spring tension; re-set the opener program, reconnected the door to the track/belt and confirmed the problem had been solved. The garage door is now working far better than it had prior to the problem arising, which confirms the underlying issue was the main spring over-tightened during our previous door service. Thanks, JP for identifying and solving the problem!
