Mike was delayed on his previous job, but called ahead to let me know, and again repeatedly until he got me when he was on the way. He clearly explained my problem (broken spring) and my options for repair. I appreciated his careful approach, and he obviously was very experienced at his job. He was affable and very easy to deal with. I will call them again, he came out on Saturday and took care of us. He was better than the last garage door guy I hired, who told me to call Liftmaster myself to replace my wall mounted switch when it started not responding! Thank You Mike

Super prompt service! We were even able to get ahold of a live person on the weekend and set up an appointment! So happy with this company.....in this day and age when it's so hard to get GOOD customer service. This company is the BEST!
