Jake was able to diagnose where the noise was coming from at the cable drum. He then installed three spacer washers on one of the rollers and that took care of the problem. I would recommend Precision Door.

Great !!!! Duchaun Joseph was fantastic. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Told us how to take care of moving parts and where to spray stuff on them and when. Need to have him come out again every two years for tune up.
He was on time, answered our questions and concerns.
He was fast and did excellent job.
He was well mannered and a pleasure to meet.
Would highly recommend him to any one for garage door issues.
He deserves a RAISE.
