My home warranty company recommended Precision, and I am so grateful for that referral. The initial diagnosis and repair proved too limited to deal with my aging garage door system and would have compromised my home security, but the Precision technician (Mr. Joseph) never stopped working to repair and replace the parts necessary to ensure I now have a system that meets code and should last for many years. He communicated the repairs needed to my home warranty contractor, and Precision honored my requests that I not be charged for equipment they initially installed but that did not work.
