The Tech left our garage in a mess. He left a two inch sharp screw in the middle of the garage floor where we could have run over it and gotten a flat tire. He never swept up as far a I could tell.

Mr.Lay was a very knowledgeable repairman. He contacted me without the appointment time and informed me when he would arrive. Mr. Lay arrived exactly at the time given and promptly began working.
He was able to locate the issue with my garage door opener and replace the part. Mr. Lay also explained the issue with me and how the fix would work. After he repaired the issue he tested and retested to confirm the fix worked. Mr. Lay then cleaned up his work area before he left.
