Austin returned to work on our garage door discovered a piece of metal partially affecting the garage door on left side track and repaired it. Hopefully this keep door functioning properly now for a long time. He did an excellent job. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Justin repair our garage door spring that broke yesterday. Justin called while on his way to confirm the appointment and to let me know he would be early. Informed Justin I would leave working at food pantry to meet him. So glad he was able to come a little early and to reach out let me know. We arrived at the same time. Justin evaluated the break, determined we had an older style spring and recommended a new system, have me an estimate and immediately went went to work replacing door opening spring in less that an hour. Explained in great detail the spring and explain the proper Maintanence. Excellent professional on knowledgeable service.

I will give you 1 out of 5. Very unhappy with experience. I was going to be charged a service fee for a job today that involved re-inserting a track roller. This should have been a 90 day warranty item. My door was repaired by the same tech last month. Instead of the tech calling the office to resolve the issue, he got in his truck and drove off, leaving me hanging there.

Spring was not broken! One roller came off the track . $475.00 just to put exciting roller back on its track??!! I will be reporting this company to AG office/ consumer affairs! Do not call this company!
