Well, you guys fixed the issue and put up with me on the phone, so five stars. Tech was polite, knowledgeable, and saw the job to the end. In fact, the tech saw a flaw in one of the new springs and made sure it was replaced with a better one. You guys got a tough job putting up with customer like myself, especially in times like we are in with the pandemic and inflation. Nonetheless, thanks for your quick response and understanding.
