Mike helped in the past fixing my other door and replaced my chain drive with a chamberlain belt drive, works great and Mike did a great job. Yesterdays job Mike was great and fixed the cable and roller issue with my other garage door quickly and to my satisfaction. Great tech and very knowledgeable.

I was disappointed. All the service tech did was open the panel and make sure the gate opens and closes. I was expecting Mike to have two new remote devices with him and program those. If you charge for making a quote its not what I expected. I expected you to accomplish something.
