I really like your mantra: "happy customer", and Robert is a prime example. He was on time (even early), courteous and professional and a technical expert.
I also very much like the way you keep your customers informed with quick SMS's- even with a picture of the technician I was about to meet. Excellent idea.
If you don't mind, the only criticism i have is the quality of the pretty much completely untrained folks at your call center when dialing the 800 number.
