I had called Precision for a repair of my garage door opener. There was no wait for service. Robert called and was able to arrive a couple of hours earlier, which I appreciated. Robert was professional, knowledgeable and remarkably polite. He not only explained what was wrong with my existing opener, but showed me the broken parts. Robert is an asset to the company and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend!

5 Stars to Precision Door for their outstanding customer service and quality workmanship. At approximately 1:30 p.m. on November 9, I called Precision Door to inquire about getting a new garage door. By 3:30 p.m. that same day, estimator Chris T. was at our house. He measured the door, discussed our options, made the sale and scheduled installation for the next day! By 6:30 p.m. on November 10, our new garage door and updated garage door opener were installed. Chris H. was a pleasure to have doing the work and was very professional. We are completely satisfied.

my old garage door opener quit working and Antonio came out on a Sunday and fixed it. It had stripped its gears because the rollers were binding in the track and because it was nearly 40 years old. He replaced the warn rollers, adjusted the track and put in new gears. It works so nice now. I'm very pleased with the service
