You came out to remove our garage door to enable envelope repairs. Your process for quotes, approval and scheduling was a bit cumbersome, but we got it done and you were here as scheduled and got he job done. Next, we will need the door reinstalled, so I will schedule that when we are ready.

Technician Chris Hunter phoned ahead a couple hours prior to the scheduled service to give us an updated time estimate which proved to be very accurate and greatly appreciated as we were able to shift things around to accomplish some other projects. Additionally, there is NO WAY that I thought that Chris would be able to repair the door. He was able to restore the door to a working order in only a couple of hours. I was quite impressed. 5 star service for Chris, the call center, and the overall experience. In these stressful times, we appreciate when a person and company go above and beyond. Precision has been amazing to work with so far. Our old garage door motor finally went out and we were in need of replacing both the door and the motor. Kat came for initial consultation and she was knowledgeable, friendly and all around great to work with. Since we had some concerns regarding the plumbing pipe and valve getting in the way of the new tracks, she came out with another professional to have a second look and address our concern fully. Unlike the other 2 companies that came out, she also provided mock-up photos of what our house would look like with new doors which helped us decide on the door option faster/easier. Most importantly, they offered to install the motor first (to our old door) so that we can still use the garage until the new doors came (12 weeks lead time). Even though we haven't gotten our doors yet, I would highly recommend Precision based on my experience so far!

Unable to service door. Did not have the correct weather strip on the door. The quote to replace weather strip & tuneup door seems high. There are two $95 charges and two $58.95 ... does not quite make sense. Trying to reschedule visit. Please note I spoke with the dispatcher yesterday & asked if the tech would have the weather strip. She confidentially stayers yes..
