Evan B was great! He called with an ETA and showed up on time. He researched the issue and explained what needed to be done. Installed a new belt drive garage door opener. Demo'd the new features and remotes. This opener is so much quieter than our previous chain drive model. Would highly recommend. Very happy with the response time and Evan's work.

Ben arrived right on schedule and explained everything that could cause the issue I was having with my door. It was not sealing completely at the top in just one corner. After verifying the questions I had with my warranty and thoroughly explaining all options, my door was fixed and is running good as new! I highly recommend their service.
