DJ was very courteous and professional. He provided excellent education on how to 7se and maintain the new opener. I have always been impressed by Precision's level of service and thiservice call ws not an exception I called at 8am and DJ arrived at 11am, within the scheduled time frame.

I called before 1:00 to request service because the chain was loose, and was given a time frame of 4 to 6 that afternoon. Turned out the technician was 5 minutes away finishing another job, so came earlier, and repair was successful. Precision Doors has serviced our garage door for many years, including installation of a new opener and even a new garage door after I tried to back through the old one. They are always prompt and provide excellent service. Highly recommended.
