He listened thoughtfully to our needs and concerns without any pressure to sell additional services or products. The new belt drive garage door opener and nylon rollers are ultra-quiet with smooth operation. Could not be happier with the whole experience!

We received great service from Jake this morning. He called first, and then got here about 15 minutes earlier than the original service window - which was great! He did the standard garage door maintenance (lubing, adjusting, etc.) and also showed me the correct way to manually lock the door after manually unlocking it. He also pointed out something that the original installers had not mentioned 3 years ago: The outlets where the openers plug into are more than 6' away from the openers, which is apparently an electrical code violation - which would also void the warranty on the openers. I will contact an electrician soon to have this remedied.
