It is very easy online schedule for the next day, and Wes arrive on time. Wes give me couple options and explains clearly what is needed for the new custom install and give me a quote on the spot. The process is not rushed or pushed and I feel very comfortable asking more details and he show me the samples of doors. I will be waiting for confirmation from Wes on some technical details due to my unique situation on the custom install.

Service Tech is professional, reliable and respectful, and explained why he could not help program a new remote control for the garage door requested. It was disappointing and really didn't make sense as it was at a customer's request to simply help program a remote control to make the door work... however we realize it is based on your company's policy. He was kind to take a look at the other doors and provide expert opinion, and then also provide estimates for various garage door work/upgrade services.
