I am very pleased with your doors. Of the four companies from whom I received a quote to install new garage doors yours was the only one that seemed professional, which surprised me. One salesman even told me that all garage doors were made of aluminum and none were made of steel. You have a good product and a good salesman. Your installer was personable and did a good job except for the following two small items. 1- I had to notice that there was light coming in under one of the garage doors when it closed, which he quickly adjusted. But I shouldn't have had to notice that, and I wonder what would have happened if I missed that. The installer needs to be more detail-oriented. 2-I have two garage doors and when the garage door opener was installed the button to open the right-hand drawer was wired to open the left-hand door and the button to open the left-hand door was wired to the right-hand button. It is confusing for us because this is counter-intuitive and we often press the wrong button. I would appreciate it if you would send someone to change the wiring of these buttons. It should only take about 15 minutes for someone who is in the process of installing a garage door in our vicinity.

Justin called in route and was on time. He assessed the rollers I called about and did a full inspection of the door hardware/hinges/spring/roller. He provided a 6 month maintenance plan I could do to keep the door and hardware in shape. He resolved the roller issue, that were under warranty; he did a complete door tune-up on both doors. Very happy with his work and professionalism.

Your tech, Bryson Kahue was prompt and very informative. However, I’m 71 and find it difficult to follow directions on how to activate and disengage the emergency handle. In the eight years I’ve had your product I’ve called for assistance twice. Four years ago, when the power went out your technician had to replace the motor as it was ‘’fried’ and was replaced. I’m the only one on my street that has a problem when the power goes out. Seems odd to me as my garage door opener is only eight years old, and the newest one on the street. I’m wondering if something happens again if I should just replace this opener with another one that is easier to use.
