Brian was absolutely great! He was able to come out in under two hours, explained the options, ranging from the simplist and least expensive, to the most comprehensive and most expensive, and let me make the decision without any pressure. I am very pleased with the product I purchased, as well as the service I received. I would definitely use them again.

Justin Walker arrived exactly on time and performed a totally professional job! He did up sell me to a 3/4 hp motor system from a 1/2 ho that totally burned out making noises. A really better garage door opener and the extra money was worth it.

Great information given, by Chris, on all products and services I was purchasing. I received a call letting me know he would arrive in about 45 minutes. That was helpful. Price was a little higher, by about $400 more than my Precision garage door bid 3 years ago, but I understand prices rise. I appreciated the pleasant transaction.
