Mr Spratt. Despite the problems that we had with my order; I am 95% pleased with the Precision service. Jordan and his partner were excellent. I am, however, still waiting for a quote on a new motor for my door. I do expect to pay for the upgrade but Jordan tells me that a belt drive will much quieter that the current chain drive that I have.
I do understand that the order mixup has caused another 2 month delay but your customer service helped me out so that can at least close and open my current door,
