I simply cannot express my delight in the services Dakota Walsh, who did the initial inspection, performed. He was courteous, friendly and respectful upon arrival. He arrived early and did a commendable service to our damaged garage door. You simply will not find better service than what you get out of Precision Door. There is no doubt I will recommend you to others. I cannot thank you enough.

We had excellent service. It started with my initial phone call. I was able to have Precision out the same day. It was going to be an appointment between 8-10pm and then I got a call the time was moved to between 6-8pm and then I was pleasantly surprised when Technician Robert Matthews called at 4:45 pm and would be to our home at 5:00. So much communication! I talked to 3 people at Precision and each person was very polite. It was great. Our technician Robert Matthews was very kind and helpful. He was very efficient with his work. We are very pleased.

Mr Spratt. Despite the problems that we had with my order; I am 95% pleased with the Precision service. Jordan and his partner were excellent. I am, however, still waiting for a quote on a new motor for my door. I do expect to pay for the upgrade but Jordan tells me that a belt drive will much quieter that the current chain drive that I have. I was happy to have same day service since other companies I called had no availability until later in the week. Robert went over all the options in regards to repairing our broken spring. I never felt pressured on materials or like I was trying to be up sold. I would recommend Precision again
