We’ve had two occasions to use Precision Door, one of which was today. Yesterday our garage door failed and would not open. I called early afternoon and was amazed to get an appointment today, the next day, at a time that was convenient for me. I was given a window of 2-4 pm for the techs arrival and at 1:30 pm the tech called and said he would be at our house promptly at 2. Beforehand I received a text message with a picture and the name of the tech which was a very appreciated security measure. Our tech, Ben, promptly diagnosed the problem, gave us options, and explained what he was doing and why all along the way. Gotta mention this was not an inexpensive repair but perhaps it was worth it for the excellent work that went into it. We really appreciated Ben and we wish him our best going forward.

Matt and his associate (I should’ve gotten his name) did a great job installing. They had to work with the quirks of a garage built in 1939 and a foundation that has settled unevenly for 82 years. Excellent service! Our technician, Austin, was very prompt, friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. Fixed our problem quickly, advised us of potential future problems to watch for and, to top all this off, gave my goofy dog some love and was an all around good guy. Very good 5 Star Service: Very much appreciated the update tune up plus the changes to the system for improved performance. DJ was very friendly, thorough and efficient taking time to demonstrate how to lube every 6 months, check the torque on bolts, where to get the correct spray and light bulb. Thank you DJ.

Because of the pandemic, our garage door delivery/installation is delayed from the manufacturer. Precision offered to install our garage door openers anyway! Even though they are attached to the old doors temporarily, they work like a charm. Karlou, our technician, was prompt, curteous, efficient and extremely knowledgable. Very nice visit by Chris. Advised that our car door itself does not need to be replaced. The electric motor is very sensitive and advised to get a thicker power cord, try that and let him or their office know if that solves the operation problem. Will stay with this business!! Thank you Chris!!
